Made-to-order production


The company produces machine components for the automotive industry.

The production includes 18 types of brake holders for the American client TRW Lucas, BMW, Volkswagen, Renault or Peugeot. The holders are produced on vertical and horizontal centres that we ourselves constructed and made.

VAPOS´s second largest order is the spare part “Valve body” for TRW Pontypol. This product is produced on CNC machines by Mazak and DMG companies.  

These centres are not fully utilized for the production of the valve body and can be used for another production as well.

 

In January, machine No. 12 designed for production of brake holders was introduced into production.
