Production technology design

We design own production technologies for the made-to-order production of machine components.

We have a separate workplace for this activity – the development centre.

The main task:

The main task of the development centre is the design of technologies for the made-to-order production.

Another very important task is the development of own machine tools which is how we are able to implement the optimally designed technologies, e.g. by modification of our own machine tools.  

Thanks to our long experience with the development of the machine tools as well as with the technologies, our production is optimal as far as costs are concerned, providing the lowest prices possible.
 

In January, machine No. 12 designed for production of brake holders was introduced into production.

In January, machine No. 12 designed for production of brake holders was introduced into production, whereby the company increased its machine capacity for TRW Lucas.
